Cancellation & Booking Policy
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. We therefore ask that you provide as much notice as possible if your plans change.
Cancellations and rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may result in the booking deposit being forfeited.
Failure to attend an appointment without notice may also result in the deposit being forfeited.
A new deposit may be required before another appointment can be booked.
Late arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened, rescheduled or cancelled to avoid impacting subsequent clients. Where an appointment cannot proceed due to late arrival, the cancellation policy may apply.
Booking deposits
Where a deposit is required, your appointment is not considered secured until the required deposit has been received.
Deposits are applied in accordance with the booking terms provided at the time of booking.
Agreement
By making a booking with Saynt Aesthetics, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the applicable booking and cancellation terms.

By booking an appointment with Saynt Aesthetics, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
Consultations and treatment
All services are subject to an individual consultation and assessment.
Booking a particular consultation or service does not guarantee that a treatment will be considered suitable or provided. Recommendations are made following assessment of your individual circumstances, concerns and relevant medical history.
Where appropriate, alternatives or the option not to proceed with treatment may be discussed.
Medical information
Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information regarding their medical history, medications, allergies, previous procedures and any other information relevant to their care.
Please advise Saynt Aesthetics if your health, medications or circumstances change before an appointment.
Results and expectations
Individual experiences and outcomes vary. No particular treatment result can be guaranteed.
The expected benefits, limitations, risks and appropriate aftercare relating to a proposed treatment will be discussed as part of the consultation and consent process where applicable.
Pricing and payment
Prices are subject to change. Current pricing applicable to your appointment will be confirmed as appropriate.
Payment is required in accordance with the payment arrangements communicated at the time of booking or treatment.
Gift cards
Saynt Aesthetics gift cards are subject to the terms provided at the time of purchase. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and must be used within their applicable validity period.
Right to decline treatment
Saynt Aesthetics reserves the right to decline or postpone a treatment where it is considered inappropriate, contraindicated or not in the client's best interests.
